How billing works
Free trial first. You create your account inside each product and try it for 7 days. We never ask for a card to start.
Checkout. When you subscribe from inside a product, you're brought to this page to pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies.
Renewals & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Billing page inside the product, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
